Bronze Medallion

This course is composed of three phases which imparts to swimmers the fundamentals of water safety, theory as well as the practical aspects of land-based and water-based non-contact rescue and resuscitation skills. Trainees are expected to be strong swimmers as the course focuses more on lifesaving techniques than swimming strokes.
